INTI International University & Colleges

INTI International University & Colleges are Malaysian private university colleges. Until the Ministry of Education changed INTI’s status to a university on May 31, 2010, INTI International University was known as INTI University College. In 2008, INTI International University merged with Laureate International University, which is controlled by the risky INTI Education Group. IU offers pre-university and foundation, diploma (D3), bachelor’s (S1), and master’s degrees (S2).

INTI is a more than 20-year-old institution that is part of a global network of 42 accredited universities in 20 countries that provide education to its 500,000 students at various levels. INTI is a forerunner in Malaysia’s private education sector, as well as one of the most prestigious and well-respected universities in the country. INTI has expanded significantly throughout the years, now having six campuses across Malaysia and strategic agreements with some of the world’s most prestigious educational institutions. INTI’s campuses are all equipped with cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art educational facilities to aid in the learning process.

As a result of their affiliation with the world’s largest global education network, INTI students will benefit from worldwide best practices, a wide range of international opportunities, new teaching and learning approaches, and new learning strategies. To stay up with the needs of the global market, the majors and fields of study provided are revised on a regular basis. Audiovisual, video, and computer capabilities are available in all classrooms and lecture halls, as well as a wifi hotspot that allows students to work from anywhere. The library has a large online collection of books and materials.

INTI College Malaysia (ICM) established its main campus in Putra Nilai in 1998, on an 82-acre (330,000-m2) plot of land. International College Penang, located in the Bukit Jambul education township, was purchased by INTI in March 2000.
